Turn your PowerPoint presentation into a PDF in seconds. Slides, images, tables, charts and Arabic text are kept. Export full slides, handouts or notes pages. Everything runs in your browser – your file is never uploaded.
This preview shows exactly what goes into the PDF. Fonts that are not installed on your device are replaced with similar ones; animations and videos are not included in a PDF.

A PDF is the safest way to share a presentation: it opens on any device, prints exactly as designed and cannot be changed by accident. Our converter turns PPTX files into high-quality PDFs directly in your browser.
Every slide is drawn with its theme, background, layout and master elements, so logos, footers and design accents appear exactly where you placed them.
Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Hebrew slides are rendered with correct letter shaping and right-to-left alignment, including mixed Arabic and English sentences and numbered lists.
Tables keep their table style, merged cells and borders. Bar, column, line, area, pie and doughnut charts are redrawn from the chart data, and SmartArt graphics are included.
Need something to print for your audience? Put 2, 3, 4, 6 or 9 slides on each page, or export notes pages with your speaker notes under every slide.
Convert the whole presentation, only the current slide, or a custom range like 1-5, 8, 10-12. Hidden slides are skipped by default and can be included with one click.
The conversion runs entirely on your device. Your presentation is never uploaded to a server, which makes the tool safe for confidential decks, client proposals and internal reports.
Sending a .pptx file means trusting that the other person has PowerPoint, the same fonts and the same version. A PDF removes all of those risks. Here is when converting makes the biggest difference.
A PDF opens on phones, tablets and computers without PowerPoint. Your layout, colors and images stay fixed, so clients and colleagues see exactly what you designed.
Universities and learning platforms often accept only PDF. Convert your lecture slides, thesis defense or project presentation in seconds and upload it with confidence.
Create printable handouts with several slides on each page so attendees can follow along and take notes, using far less paper than printing one slide per page.
Pitch decks and proposals look more professional as PDFs, and the original file with its speaker notes and hidden slides stays with you. After converting, you can protect the PDF with a password or add a watermark.
How the converter works and what each option does.
PowerPoint 2007 and later files: .pptx (presentation), .ppsx (slide show), .potx (template) and .pptm (macro-enabled; macros are ignored). Files made in Google Slides, Keynote or LibreOffice Impress work too once exported as .pptx. The legacy .ppt format from PowerPoint 97-2003 must first be saved as .pptx.
"Same as slide" creates PDF pages with exactly the size of your slides (16:9, 4:3 or custom). Choose A4 or US Letter when the PDF will be printed; slides are scaled to fit the page without distortion.
Standard quality renders slides at about 144 DPI, High at 192 DPI and Maximum at 288 DPI. JPEG compression keeps files small; PNG is lossless and best for slides with fine lines or small text, at the cost of a larger file.
Handouts place 2, 3, 4, 6 or 9 slides on each sheet with optional frames. Notes pages put the slide at the top and your speaker notes underneath, just like PowerPoint's Notes Page print layout.
Text is drawn with the fonts installed on your device. If a font used in the presentation is missing, a metric-compatible or similar font is used instead (for example Carlito for Calibri). Install the original fonts for a pixel-perfect result.
The presentation is read and converted inside your browser using JavaScript, Canvas and PDF-Lib.
Click "Select PowerPoint" or drag your .pptx file into the box. Check the preview, choose the layout, page size and quality, then click "Convert to PDF & Download". The PDF is saved to your device in a few seconds.
No. The whole conversion happens in your browser. Your PowerPoint file never leaves your computer or phone, so it is safe for confidential and business presentations.
The tool reads the modern .pptx format used since PowerPoint 2007. To convert an old .ppt file, open it in PowerPoint (or Google Slides / LibreOffice) and save it as .pptx first.
Backgrounds, shapes, images, tables, charts and text are reproduced faithfully, and the preview shows the exact result before you download. Small differences can appear when a font used in the slides is not installed on your device, or with rare effects such as 3D, shadows and WordArt transformations.

Yes. Choose "Notes pages" and every slide is placed at the top of a page with its speaker notes printed underneath.
Hidden slides are skipped by default, just like when you present. If your file contains hidden slides, a checkbox appears that lets you include them in the PDF.
A PDF is a static document, so animations and transitions are not included. Each slide is exported in its final state with all objects visible. Videos appear as their poster image.
Choose "Standard" quality and "Small file (JPEG medium)" compression. For even smaller files, run the result through our Compress PDF tool.
There is no fixed limit. Because conversion runs on your device, very large presentations (hundreds of slides or huge images) depend on your device's memory. On phones, the Standard quality setting is recommended for long decks.
Yes, completely free with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
