Insert Pages from Another PDF
Add a signed signature page, a new cover, a missing page or an appendix to an existing PDF. The pages of the second file are added to the document and you drag them to the right place.
How to Insert Pages from Another PDF
- Open your PDF in Organize PDF All pages of your document appear as thumbnails.
- Add the second PDF Click "Merge" and choose the file with the pages to insert. Its pages are added at the end.
- Drag them into place Move the new pages to the right position and delete any you do not need.
- Download Save the combined document as a new PDF.

Add a cover page
Insert the cover PDF and drag it to the first position.
Replace a page
Insert the corrected page next to the old one, then delete the old page.
Add a signed page
Scan or photograph the signed page, add it and place it where the unsigned page was.
Need only one page from the other file?
Extract that page first with Extract PDF Pages, then insert it.
